BLOCS is introducing a new series of Equity as a Foundational Approach workshops in 2021. The diversity and inclusion topics presented are designed to help those on their journey of knowledge around DEI.
Nubia Bennett, M.Ed and Marian Vasser from the University of Louisville will present theses workshops on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Learning outcomes for Implicit Bias – at the conclusion of the sessions, participants will be able to do the following:
- Demonstrate understanding of the difference between implicit and explicit bias
- Identify their own implicit biases in various conditions
- Develop strategies to work against bias as they appear in their personal and professional experience.
